Dynamic Wheel Strength:
The Dharma Yoga Wheel is surprisingly versatile; during this strength class we will be using the wheel as a physical weight to add strength training during movement. We will also be using the wheel as a dynamic balance to activate core strength and as leverage to change the angle of postures to increase and decrease intensity. The wheel also provides us with support and aids us with alignment during inversions and back-bends.

Dharma Wheel Stretch;
This Dharma Wheel class begins with using the wheel to massage your spine in the areas you need it most, we then move through a series of accessible asanas designed to help the back stretch, soften and strengthen.
Different classes will focus on different areas of the body; for example, hip and shoulder openers, spinal twists and gentle inversions but the main focus is on using the Dharma Wheel to develop back-bending by using his safe and supportive prop.
